Easter in Limburg
On April 5 (Easter Sunday), we cast off once again for a festive and luxurious Easter brunch in Limburg. During a 3.5-hour mini cruise including a lock passage towards the Maasplassen near Roermond, our kitchen team will surprise you with a wide variety of hot and cold specialties. Easter Menu 2026
Soup and bread:
Tuscan tomato soup with meatballs and fresh basil, oven-fresh mini bread rolls, soft bread rolls, cooked butcher’s ham, Spanish ham, Limburg cervelat, chicken grill sausage, young matured cheese, mustard-dill cheese, blue cheese, various sweet spreads
Cold specialties:
Ardennes pâté with onion chutney, chicken salad with curry mayonnaise, marinated salmon with mustard-dill dressing, grilled tiger prawns with cocktail sauce
Salads and garnishes:
Grandma’s cold beef platter, potato salad with spring onion and chives, pasta salad with tomato, Caprese salad, spicy pointed cabbage salad with cucumber
Hot dishes:
Scrambled eggs with streaky bacon, puff pastry with chicken ragout, beef stew based on red wine, crispy fried French fries with mayonnaise, specially for the kids: American pancakes to decorate yourself!
Dessert:
Surprise dessert, served at the table
