Easter in Limburg

A few years ago we successfully renamed the well-known Easter brunch in the middle of Limburg into a dinner cruise. Because this afternoon cruise is much more than just brunch ... In 2020 we have changed the concept for this dinner cruise again, so that we can continue to surprise you!

Where we used to open a cold and hot dinner buffet immediately after departure, we now start with a series of appetizers, which we serve at the table. World-famous classics - such as carpaccio, Vitello Tonnato, ham with melon and shrimp cocktail - but then presented as trendy finger food dishes. And here too, it is true that you do not have to choose, but can taste everything.

On the other hand, we present the main course - as usual - in buffet form! But now with much more choice than before ... New recipes, more exciting sauces and our drive to constantly surpass ourselves, make this main course buffet a surprising taste experience!

For the kids it is still a big party with the Easter Bunny on board!

Starter (in buffet form):

Tasting of world-famous classics, presented as trendy finger food dishes:

Vitello Tonnato, classic salmon cocktail with shrimps, crispy fried chicken tenderloin with spicy salsa dip, small soup of Limburg asparagus with ham and egg

The appetizers are served with crusty bread and various spreads

 

Main course (in buffet form):

Rosé grilled pork tenderloin with a soft cream sauce and fresh mushrooms, rosé grilled lamb fillet with a powerful red port sauce, stir-fried chicken fillet from the farm with crispy stir-fry vegetables, grilled scampi with hearty white wine sauce

Varied garnish buffet, including potato gratin with a crispy cheese crust, colorful rice dish with fresh legumes, fine Italian pasta with salicornia and sun-dried tomato, crispy fried fries

Ratatouille of fresh vegetables (bell pepper, mushroom, zucchini and fennel), luxury garnished leaf salad, spring-dew salad and fresh fruit salad

 

Grand Dessert:
