Upgrade to finger food

The standard snack arrangement is replaced with a more luxurious finger food assortment:

• Platter with Spanish ham, Italian salami, aged cheese, and mustard-dill cheese with coarse Limburg mustard, balsamic syrup, and roasted pine nuts
• Crispy fried chicken tender with a fresh and spicy salsa on a bed of iceberg lettuce
• Dumpling (Eastern steamed snack) filled with sauerkraut and smoked sausage, served with mustard-tarragon mayonnaise
• Grilled mushrooms in a spicy cream sauce with garlic
• Winter fries with beef stew based on red wine
• Assorted deep-fried snacks (3 pieces per person), including bitterballen, small frikandels, nasi-/ bami bites, onion rings, vlammetjes, chicken nuggets, and spring rolls with aged cheese, including dipping sauces (served by the crew from platters)

For children aged 4 to 11 years, we provide adjusted quantities. No snacks are provided for children aged 0 to 3 years.

Winter Aperitif

For our winter aperitif, we serve the festive, lightly sparkling rosé wine 'Lingot Martin', which has a fine sweet and fruity character due to the unfermented pure grape sugars from the Gamay grape. As no sugars are added and the wine contains only 8% alcohol, this aperitif is a crowd-pleaser.

Entertainment: allround 'young talented' DJ

The youth is the future! That's why we have several young DJs in our artist roster who are eager to gain experience. The advantage of a 'young talented' DJ is that we can offer this at an attractive price. The price includes lighting and sound for up to 5 hours of non-stop music.

For children aged 4 to 11 years, we adjust the quantities and add mini-snacks to the buffet. For children aged 0 to 3 years, we do not charge; they can eat from the buffet.

Winter tip: Replace two warm meat or fish dishes with tender venison steaks with game gravy. Please inform us well before departure!
