Book an extended Captain’s Brunch Cruise on the Maas.

Enjoy our traditional Captain’s Brunch in an XL edition: a 3.5-hour cruise from Maasbracht combined with an enhanced Captain’s Brunch buffet, featuring additional specialties. During the cruise, we pass through the Linne lock and sail towards the Maasplassen near Roermond, around Hatenboer Island and the floating houses of Oolderhuuske.  

Captain’s Brunch Buffet

Enjoy an extensive brunch buffet with a variety of fresh and delicious options, including:  

- Freshly baked mini rolls, soft white and whole wheat buns, and fine cold cuts such as cooked ham, Spanish ham, salami, Ardennes pâté, and grilled chicken sausage.  
- Cheese selection featuring mild-aged cheese, mustard cheese, and French brie with grapes, walnuts, and apple syrup.  
- Assorted sweet spreads, including chocolate sprinkles and fruit jam.  
- Smoked Norwegian salmon, shrimp salad, chicken curry salad, traditional beef salad, pasta salad, mixed salad, and fresh vegetable salad.  
- Hot dishes: seasonal soup, an egg station where eggs are cooked to order, puff pastry with chicken ragout and mushrooms, slow-cooked beef stew in red wine sauce, and crispy French fries with mayonnaise.  
- Special for the kids: fluffy pancakes freshly prepared by the chef, which children can decorate themselves.  
- To conclude, a surprise dessert is served at the table.  

Coffee, tea, milk, apple juice, and orange juice are included until 2:00 PM.

- Other drinks are not included. Tip: book our all-inclusive beverage package, which includes a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.  
- You will receive a confirmation and invoice by email in advance. We kindly ask you to settle this invoice at least 14 days before departure.  
- For the youngest guests, we offer a significantly reduced price for the cruise and brunch. If you bring your own food for your small child, we will deduct €7.50 per person from the listed price. Please mention this clearly in the comments when booking.
