Captain's Brunch XL

Our traditional Captain's Brunch in an XL version: a whopping 3.5 hours of sailing from Maasbracht combined with our Captain's Brunch buffet, to which extra specialties have been added. During the cruise, we will sail via the Linne lock towards the Maasplassen of Roermond, around the island of Hatenboer and the floating houses of Oolderhuuske.

Captain's Brunch Buffet

Oven-fresh mini bread rolls, soft white and wheat rolls, fine cold cuts such as boiled ham, smoked Ardennes ham, salami, Ardennes pâté with Monegasque onions
Cheese platter with young matured cheese, mustard cheese, and French cream brie with grapes, walnuts, and apple syrup. Various sweet spreads, including chocolate sprinkles and fruit jam
Smoked Norwegian salmon, shrimp salad, chicken curry salad, grandmother's beef salad, pasta salad, mixed salad, fresh raw vegetable salad
Warm: fresh seasonal soup, egg station (we cook your eggs just the way you like), pastry with chicken ragout and mushrooms, beef stew based on red wine, crispy fried fries with mayonnaise
Especially for the kids: fluffy pancakes, freshly baked by the chef, which the children can decorate themselves!
Dessert: fresh fruit salad, chocolate mousse with whipped cream, mini coupes with advocaat ice cream, cream puffs, macarons, and petit fours
Coffee, tea, milk, apple juice, and orange juice are included until 2:00 PM.

Important to know before you book:

• Other drinks are not included. Tip: book our all-inclusive drinks package with a glass of bubbly in advance.
• We will send you a confirmation and invoice by email in advance; please pay this invoice no later than 14 days before departure.
• For the very young children, we charge a significantly reduced price for the cruise and dinner. If you bring your own food for your youngest child(ren), we will deduct €7.50 per person from the mentioned price. Please clearly mention this as a note in your booking.
