Lunchdeal

A typical Dutch lunch at a Dutch price: Soft white and wheat rolls (2 pieces per person) generously topped with young matured cheese or boiled butcher's ham, a croquette roll with mayo or mustard, including fresh coffee, tea, or Limburg tap water (2 cups per person). For the kids, we serve a pancake to decorate themselves.

• For the kids, we serve (sugar-free) squash, apple juice, or orange juice (2 drinks per person).
• Extra coffee/tea can be ordered on the spot (€1.50 per extra cup).
• Please let us know if we need to take into account any diets or intolerances, such as gluten-free, sugar-free, or lactose-free.
• If you do not wish for the children aged 0 to 3 years to have a pancake with drinks, please let us know. The cost for the lunch will then be adjusted accordingly.

Limburger Pie (incl. 1x Coffee/Tea)

During the boat trip you will enjoy a generous slice of Limburg pie from the 'Echte Bakker', with a choice of at least two flavors, such as cherry, apricot, apple and crumb. The crew serves fresh coffee or tea (1 cup per person) with the pie. For the kids we serve with the pie as an alternative lemonade, apple juice or orange juice (1 drink) or one other soft drink of your choice.

• Let us know if we should take diets or intolerances into account, such as gluten, sugar or lactose free.

• You can order extra coffee / tea on the spot (€ 1.50 per extra cup)

• We also serve Limburg pie for the little ones. If you do not want this, please indicate this in the 'comments' field. We then settle this amount in the confirmation.

Burgundian lunch

Our Burgundian lunch has been upgraded to a more luxurious version. We start with a cup of fresh soup, served at the table. Following this, we present a beautiful assortment of oven-fresh mini bread rolls (choice of white and wheat) luxuriously and generously topped with:

• Limburg ham with honey-mustard dressing on a bed of iceberg lettuce
• Beef carpaccio with truffle cream, Parmesan, roasted seeds, and arugula
• Aged cheese with a tapenade of grilled bell pepper with black olive and arugula
• Freshly prepared salad of free-range eggs with classic garnish of cucumber, tomato, and lettuce
• Marinated salmon with chive cream cheese, mustard-dill dressing, capers, and red onion
• Black Tiger shrimp with cocktail sauce with tomato and lettuce

Included with the lunch are fresh coffee, tea, or Limburg tap water (2 cups per person). For the kids, we serve fruit squash, apple juice, or orange juice (2 drinks).

Lunch upgrade: meat croquette

A generous 100-gram lunch croquette, filled with shredded meat ragout. The croquettes are served with mayonnaise and mustard. For children aged 4 to 11 years, there is also an option to order frikandels instead of a croquette.

• For children from 0 to 3 years old, we do not charge for a croquette or frikandel. If you still wish to order a snack for the little ones, you can order it as an extra.

Is it hard to choose between a lunch or a piece of Limburg pie? Then expand one of our lunches with Limburg pie from the Echte Bakker. We present at least two different flavors, where you can think of cherry, apple, apricot, or crumble-pudding.

• If you do not wish to have pie for the very little ones, please mention this as a note in your booking; we will then adjust the price when processing your booking.

Lunch upgrade: fresh soup

Enhance your onboard lunch experience by starting with a cup of fresh soup. Our 'soup of the day' often depends on the season, but you can certainly indicate your preference when booking. How about tomato cream soup with marrow balls, a robust beef broth with fresh vegetables, Limburg mustard soup with crispy bacon bits, forest mushroom soup, or a lightly bound asparagus soup?

Choose from various flavors, including plain (served with warm cherries), bacon, or apple. Accompanied by powdered sugar, syrup, cinnamon sugar, and powdered sugar.

• For children from 0 to 3 years old, we serve a 'plain' children's pancake, which they can decorate themselves with, among other things, smarties. If your child is too young to eat pancakes, please let us know. No charges will be applied in that case
