Steersmans lunch

Generous bread meal with a nice assortment of bread from the real Bakker: hard and soft sandwiches, wheat bread, raisin bread and Limburg rye bread. Freshly cut toppings: young mature cheese, mustard cheese, cooked butcher's ham, finely sliced Schwarzwälder ham, Limburg cervelat and grilled chicken breast. In addition, fruit jam (2 types), Limburg apple syrup and sprinkles, dietary butter and butter and fresh fruit. Lunch includes fresh coffee, tea or milk (unlimited). For the kids there is grenadineranja, apple juice from orange juice (2 drinks).

This simple and 'quick' lunch consists of a fine assortment of hard and soft rolls from the Real Baker, with a choice of white and wheat (total 2 rolls per person). The rolls are generously topped with young matured cheese, boiled butcher's ham, Limburg cervelat, finely sliced Black Forest ham, and grilled chicken fillet. We serve fresh coffee or tea (2 cups per person) with this. For the kids, we serve grenadine orange, apple juice, or orange juice (2 drinks).

• Instead of 2x coffee/ tea, grenadine orange, apple juice, or orange juice, you can also order another non-alcoholic drink (1x).

Mandatory weekend surcharge

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, there is a surcharge on the basic rate for ash scattering. Even if you do not select this item, this surcharge will automatically be added during the processing of your online booking. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, a weekend surcharge is levied in addition to the basic tariff for the ash spreading.

Prefer Departing from Wessem? That's Possible for an Additional Charge. The departure takes place from the Maasboulevard in Wessem, opposite Gasterie de Knip.

Limburger Pie (incl. 1x Coffee/Tea)

During the boat trip you will enjoy a generous slice of Limburg pie from the 'Echte Bakker', with a choice of at least two flavors, such as cherry, apricot, apple and crumb. The crew serves fresh coffee or tea (1 cup per person) with the pie. For the kids we serve with the pie as an alternative lemonade, apple juice or orange juice (1 drink) or one other soft drink of your choice.

• Let us know if we should take diets or intolerances into account, such as gluten, sugar or lactose free.

• You can order extra coffee / tea on the spot (€ 1.50 per extra cup)

• We also serve Limburg pie for the little ones. If you do not want this, please indicate this in the 'comments' field. We then settle this amount in the confirmation.

Burgundian lunch

Our Burgundian lunch has been upgraded to a more luxurious version. We start with a cup of fresh soup, served at the table. Following this, we present a beautiful assortment of oven-fresh mini bread rolls (choice of white and wheat) luxuriously and generously topped with:

• Limburg ham with honey-mustard dressing on a bed of iceberg lettuce
• Beef carpaccio with truffle cream, Parmesan, roasted seeds, and arugula
• Aged cheese with a tapenade of grilled bell pepper with black olive and arugula
• Freshly prepared salad of free-range eggs with classic garnish of cucumber, tomato, and lettuce
• Marinated salmon with chive cream cheese, mustard-dill dressing, capers, and red onion
• Black Tiger shrimp with cocktail sauce with tomato and lettuce

Included with the lunch are fresh coffee, tea, or Limburg tap water (2 cups per person). For the kids, we serve fruit squash, apple juice, or orange juice (2 drinks).
